Went out with Halina earlier today. I finished a roll, but I wasn’t feeling anymore than that. Today I’ve been feeling so nonchalant, and even though I’m moving soon, everything feels so stagnant. Rather annoyingly/worryingly Kaspars still hasn’t received my films, and I sent them about 3 weeks ago now. Hopefully he’ll get them soon…

Sorry for the lack of updates lately, its been a bit of a hectic time lately…
I can’t even remember if it was last week now that I was down in Chichester, I think it was, but I got offered a new job down there (its actually in Almodington) so thats been the focus. The job is a ‘Music Education Production Assistant’ for ThinkSpace who offer distance learning courses in music composition. Yesterday I went back down to Chichester to look for places to live. I found one that I really like, and now today is the frustrating day where I’m waiting back on phonecalls to say ‘Yes the place is yours’ or ‘Sorry its been taken, you’ll have to find somewhere else’. Fingers crossed though.
Other than that, I guess its keep on keeping on. I went down to Hereford this weekend just gone and met up with some of my old uni housemates, and we drank lots, so that was nice. I actually finished 2 rolls down there with my Praktica during a walk in the woods. I’m still waiting to hear back off Kaspars about the films he’s developing for me - I can’t remember how many but theres atleast 5 rolls and a roll of 120 - and I’ve got like 7 rolls of film finished now actually. I’ll wait until I get this first lot back though before sending it off.
I’m looking forward to Supersonic Festival as always this year. I’m volunteering there next month, and they’ve just announced an extra 200 tickets and another stage with some rad new bands too, so go check that.
Hopefully later today I can say I have a place down south. Tomorrow though I think I’ll go out and do some photography…

Whilst in Braunschweig, I came across this guy in the street playing an Erhu. It was the first time I’d ever heard one in person. I got talking with him, and he let me have a little jam for 30 seconds which was cool of him. I gave him the change I had on me and sat and listened for 10 minutes or so before heading off.
